Returns & Exchanges Policy
Items will only be refunded or exchanged (for the same item) should the item be faulty or you receive an incorrect item. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for items chosen incorrectly or if you change your mind. Any ‘Per metre” cut item cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please be aware that colour images may differ between web images and actual product. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like further images of the product before ordering.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us first. Postage costs of any unauthorised returns will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Incorrect items must be returned in original packaging with seals intact. Faulty items must be returned in original packaging for assessment by Patchwork on Pallas staff.
Please note colours may vary to those displayed on your monitor, so if colour is of vital importance, please contact us using our enquiry form or by phone on (07) 4121 2480 before you make your purchase.
Due to Copyright Law we cannot exchange or make refunds on patterns, books, embroidery software designs and DVD’s, or any other printed material.
